NOTICE OF CLAIM PURSUANT TO COMMODITY FUTURES TRADING COMMISSION
REGULATION 4.14(a)(8) UNDER THE COMMODITY EXCHANGE ACT, AS AMENDED

SIMPLEMENTE TRADING INC (the "Claimant"), hereby files this NOTICE OF CLAIM
pursuant to Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("CFTC") Regulation 4.14(a)(8). 1. Name of Claimant: Simplemente Trading Corp, 5543 Edmondson Pike STE 182, Nashville TN 37211. The Claimant is filing this NOTICE OF EXEMPTION pursuant to: (applicable sub-sections):

    4.14(a)(8)(i)(A) Qualifying entities as defined by 4.5(b) for which a notice of eligibility
has been filed;
     4.14(a)(8)(i)(B) Collective investment vehicles that are excluded from the definition of
the term "commodity pool" under 4.5(a)(4);
     4.14(a)(8)(i)(C) Commodity pool is organized and operated outside the U.S., its
territories or possessions, all participants are non-U.S. persons (with the exception of
the pool operator, advisor, or their principals whose combined interest in the pool must
be less than 10%), and no person affiliated with the pool conducts any marketing
activity within the U.S., its territories or possessions or to other than Non-U.S. persons.
     4.14(a)(8)(i)(D) The CPO has claimed an exemption from registration under 4.13(a)(3),
or, if registered as a CPO, who may treat each pool it operates that meets
the criteria of 4.13(a)(3) as if it were not so registered.
3.  The Claimant will provide commodity interest advice to its clients in accordance with the
      criteria of the above sub-section(s). The Claimant provides commodity interest trading
      advice solely incidental to its business of providing securities or other investment advice to
      qualifying entities, collective investment vehicles and commodity pools and is not otherwise
      holding itself out as a CTA.
